Can I read offline?
Yes. Every chapter you open is saved on your device, so you can read it again without a connection. The first few chapters come with the app.
How do I restore or cancel Ramayana Pro?
To restore, open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchases, signed in with the same Apple Account you used to subscribe. To cancel, open your iPhone’s Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions. For refunds, contact Apple, which handles all payments.
The narration won't play. What can I do?
Check the volume is up. If you haven’t listened to the chapter before, make sure you’re online. Try closing and reopening the app.
I'm not getting my reminders.
Open Settings in the app and check your reminder times. Then check that notifications for Ramayana are allowed in your iPhone’s Settings, under Notifications.
I've found a mistake in the text. How do I report it?
Thank you. Email us with the chapter name, the verse or line, and what you think it should say. We read every report and fix confirmed errors in a future update.
How do I delete my data?
We don’t collect any personal data, so there’s nothing held by us to delete. Saved chapters, your reading position and your settings live only on your device. Deleting the app removes them all.
