Email support@vectorlightlabs.com. Tell us your iPhone model, its iOS version and what happened. A screenshot helps. We usually reply within a few working days.
SixHub is an unofficial fan companion. It isn’t made, endorsed or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive, so we can’t help with the game itself, your Rockstar account or your console.
Questions
How do I get new maps, cheats and wiki entries?
They arrive on their own: the app checks for new content when you open it, with no app update needed. To check straight away, open Settings and tap Check for new content. You need to be online for this; everything you’ve already downloaded works offline.
The cheats show the wrong buttons.
Open Settings and pick your controller, PS5 or Xbox. Cheat combos and Play mode then show that controller’s buttons.
Are the GTA 6 cheats real?
Rockstar hasn’t announced GTA 6 cheats yet. Until it does, SixHub shows a few classic GTA V codes, clearly marked, and adds real codes as soon as they’re confirmed. Every wiki entry is marked Confirmed, Reported or Rumoured, with its source one tap away.
I'm not getting the launch-day reminder.
Tap Remind me on the countdown. Then check that notifications for SixHub are allowed in your iPhone’s Settings, under Notifications.
How do I restore SixHub Pro?
Open Settings in the app and tap Restore purchase, signed in with the same Apple Account you bought it with. SixHub Pro is a one-time purchase, so there’s nothing to cancel. For refunds, contact Apple, which handles all payments.
How do I reset my progress or delete my data?
Open Settings and tap Reset map progress to clear visited places and found secrets. We don’t collect your name or contact details. Your progress and settings live only on your iPhone, and deleting the app removes them. If you use Sol, see the privacy policy for the little it keeps.
Is Sol a real game character?
No. Sol is SixHub’s own AI guide, not a character from the game. Its answers come from SixHub’s published content, but it can be wrong. If an answer looks off, tap Report on it so we can check.
I've found a mistake. How do I report it?
Thank you. Email us with what’s wrong and, if you can, a link to a source. We read every report and fix confirmed errors in a content update.
